Working in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia exposes you to a very different conservative culture. I am continuing learning to know behind this conservatism and I am loving it. I also love their food and cultures. Here are some pictures of what I think is uniquely be seen only in the kingdom.
Kozi Laham: Lamb, arz (rice), spaghetti, eggs, and veggies
Lamb, covered with spaghetti, sitting on arz and eggs is ready to eat. The meat is truly soft and chewy. The taste is like eating beef but this meat is juicier than the latter. If given the chance to eat this again, I will savor its taste over and over again. AGAIN!
Sambosa, an Arab food, is like the Filipino fried lumpia, however, the different is the spice used. Sambosa uses a rectangular wrapper. For me, this is a good snack partnered with coffee! You’ll enjoy this once tasted.
